In a recent announcement, President William Ruto revealed that starting tomorrow, Kenyans aged 40 and above will receive a KSh 3,000 Christmas gift from the government. The initiative aims to provide relief to those struggling due to hunger and other hardships.
Ruto explained that the distribution will be carried out via MPESA, with personal details already obtained from network providers Safaricom and Airtel. He expressed his gratitude to Kenyans for their support, urging recipients to use the funds to celebrate the festive season.
"This is a small token of appreciation for all your support. Enjoy the money during the Christmas festival," President Ruto said.
